We accept returns and exchanges for unused and undamaged items within 15 days of purchase. Please note that personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

We aim to process and ship orders in a timely manner. However, please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
